Highlights From Last Week

The most popular (most clicked) recipe from last week was Easy Peanut Butter Fudge from Eva at Looks delicious!

Easy Peanut Butter Fudge 2

Each week I am going to highlight my personal favorite recipe that was submitted as well. I’m choosing with the idea that ‘this is the recipe I am most likely to try soon’. This week I want to try the Fruity Red Lentil Hot Breakfast Cereal from Peggy at Allergy Free Test Kitchen. I’m trying to incorporate more lentils into my diet – what a fun way to do that!

My Entry For This Week:

A big fat zero… my little guy has been sick all week and since my primary task is ‘mom’, the blog had to be put on the backburner for a little bit. Although I did technically share a recipe that doesn’t have any sugar in it, Plant Based Nacho Cheese. It’s definitely not a dessert, but it sure feels like an indulgence… Does that count?! ;)

Link Up Guidelines

This is the abridged version. See all details here.

  • Link to your individual recipe post, NOT your home page.
  • Within your recipe post on your blog/website, please link back to this post URL specifically, not (this will only frustrate and confuse our readers)
  • Links can be ‘older’, AKA not just something you recently published. It can be from last month or last year!
  • When you share your recipe link, please leave a comment about what you shared and what’s great about it!

This link-up will close Sunday, June 22, at midnight and the next week link-up will be available the following Monday night:

Thanks to all of you who are participating! If you have any suggestions about how to improve this link-up, please let me know. I’ve been having a lot of fun with all these recipes being shared and I hope you have too!

Thanks for choosing to highlight my lentil recipe! Just blog name is Allergy Free Test Kitchen. I only mention because there is another food allergy blog by the name you listed. :)

  4. Thanks so much for hosting! This week I’m sharing my Chocolate Mocha Chia Pudding. It’s low in sugar and high in healthy fats and antioxidants; an energizing start to the day!

  5. Marina says:

That Peanut Butter Fudge sure looks good.

  6. Oooh on that Peanut Butter Fudge! And your vegan nacho cheese looks amazing! This week I’ve linked up my Chocolate Milkshake (think Wendy’s Frosty without dairy, sugar, etc.) and my Four-Ingredient Taco Seasoning–that you don’t have to make ahead–for wonderful tacos. I even include my trick on how to handle that frozen block of ground beef, turkey, etc. that you forgot to thaw out and still get dinner on the table quickly. ;-)

Thanks for hosting, Aubree! Enjoy your week!

  7. This is such a great linkup! I’m so glad to be a part of it this week! Today I am sharing a couple of my favorite “Summer Mocktails!” Great alternative to cut booze and sugar, but still have a fun, refreshing drink to enjoy!

  8. As requested, I’m sharing my très magnifique Chocolate Profiteroles (cream puffs) that are also allergy-friendly. :-)

  9. Thanks for hosting! This week I’ve dusted off one of last year’s posts — Honey-Peach Jam. It’s not even close to peach season here but I already can’t wait to make this jam! :)
