Um, okay. So I was NOT a believer of the whole kale chip thing. In fact, I was grotesquely confused by other bloggers’ obsession with them. I thought everyone was crazy. That I was the only sane person left on the foodie blogosphere.
Come to find out, I was severely missing out.
So this blog post is less of a recipe and more of a “okay, okay – I believe you now!”
Kale chips
Ingredients:
2 cups coarsely chopped kale
1 tsp salt (approximately)
1 tsp seasoning (I used Buck Seasoning. It’s essentially a hamburger type seasoning, which I highly recommend!)
Olive oil spray
Instructions:
Use a non-stick pan or stray the pan with an olive oil spray. Add 1-2″ sprigs/leaves of kale and layout on the pan. Spray over the kale lightly with olive oil spray. Sprinkle with salt and seasoning of choice. I use “buck seasoning”. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees, or until, when you shake the pan a bit, the leaves easily move around and make noise. I prefer mine to be extra crispy, sometimes in a manner that others would call burnt. Yum!
It’s so easy! And so addicting…

I like extra crispy too! Yummo!
Ha, ha I know it sounds bizarre and not so good but I can eat an obscene amount of Kale Chips but there are good for you!
