Oops… I had this all ready and written on Monday night, but promptly forgot to hit publish on Tuesday morning! (Should have scheduled it I guess). I’m at a conference this whole week in Philadelphia, which isn’t too far from home – but it’s a hectic week none the less! It’s challenging to eat gluten free at a hotel based conference, let alone dairy and sugar too! To be honest, I’ve been eating some foods that I normally wouldn’t, just to keep my belly somewhat full. Headaches and other side affects abound. In some ways I’m grateful for these though… I think it’s important to remember sometimes WHY you’re on the ‘diet’ you are (I prefer ‘lifestyle’ :)). So for anyone out there who is struggling to keep up their food restrictions, keep your chin up!
