Well, I’m officially off to Swaziland and Lesotho today. I’m a little scared but mostly just really excited! I can’t wait to see how the Lord is going to work in the lives of those around me and also in mine.

And news about the next two weeks… Valerie from City|Life|Eats has made me one happy lady. She contacted ME and offered to keep up Top Ten Tuesday instead of letting it sit while I was away.     Those cacao truffles look so good! I made Stephanie’s sweet potato quinoa patties last night and they rock! My serving recommendation is on a toasted slice of GF bread, topped w/ ketchup, spinach and tomato. Yum!
