Whooo, another week! I’m curious to know how you all survived the tasty Valentines day treats – how did you all make out?
I’ve actually been struggling with diet ever since I got back from my trip to India, the Middle East, Europe, etc etc. My body either hasn’t been adjusted or I may have caught something. I visit a holistic medicine doctor in the Philadelphia area (who is great! He was a doctor of internal medicine, but found that natural methods were better. So he’s got the knowledge from both worlds!) and he felt it was the latter. I won’t go into detail, but I’m now on some supplements to detox from what I may have caught. I’m crossing my fingers that I start to feel ‘normal’ again soon. I’ve been eating a base diet of raw nuts, pea soup, quinoa, and eggs – mostly. Can’t wait to be able to stomach more things! Like….
