I decided something this week (and I guess subliminally over the last couple of weeks…). It’s a really good thing that most of us aren’t allergic to pumpkins. What ever would we do this time of year if we couldn’t eat pumpkins? I actually haven’t made anything with pumpkin yet this year because I’ve been feeling somewhat bombarded by everyone’s recipes. But having said that, notice that I wasn’t able to resist including some amazingly tasty looking pumpkin recipes! Bombardment doesn’t have to be a negative thing, by the way!
Also, not wanting to show bias, I’ve included THREE different pumpkin smoothies… because they all looked amazing and I couldn’t choose :)
