I decided something this week (and I guess subliminally over the last couple of weeks…). It’s a really good thing that most of us aren’t allergic to pumpkins. What ever would we do this time of year if we couldn’t eat pumpkins? I actually haven’t made anything with pumpkin yet this year because I’ve been feeling somewhat bombarded by everyone’s recipes. But having said that, notice that I wasn’t able to resist including some amazingly tasty looking pumpkin recipes! Bombardment doesn’t have to be a negative thing, by the way!

Also, not wanting to show bias, I’ve included THREE different pumpkin smoothies… because they all looked amazing and I couldn’t choose :)

Love all the pumpkin-based beverages! And of course that granola is on my “must make” list as well ;)

  2. I am all about smoothies too lately :) Great list!

Thanks for adding my recipes! :) I actually just found out that my housemate is allergic to winter squash and I was flabbergasted. I guess you can be allergic to anything, but I don’t think I’ve met anyone with that allergy before.

How come I’ve never thought of pumpkin smoothies? I am the QUEEN of the Vita-Mix! Thanks for the links. And thanks for choosing my turkey burgers! Glad they make a big batch. I’ve been eating them all week for lunch!
