Welcome to Summer! I’m actually enjoying a whole week in Upstate NY (north of Syracuse) where my parents live, so it’s busy busy busy. But definitely good :).  I’m in the middle of taking many different holistic medical tests in hopes of determining some of my health issues, so that’s definitely been keeping me busy during the days. More to come on this as I progress :)

A small confession. If you look at the dates on some of the following recipes, you’ll notice that they aren’t necessarily from last week. But I figured since I SAW them last week, it still counts :D Most of the recipes are new though, so I haven’t swayed too far from my normalcy (whatever THAT means :P)
