I have the internet! It’s the first time in over two weeks that I’ve been able to wake up in the morning and check my e-mail. Ahhh :)
I have two more weeks before I officially start Graduate School. I can’t wait for it to start (seriously, I’ve been bored out of my mind… haven’t made new friends yet and having no connection to the outside work electronically is pretty rough!)
Luckily there are some pretty spectacular healthy gems this week. I particularly love the prevalent use of vegetables. I’ve been getting many different veggies in my CSA box and so have been trying to find creative ways to use them up. I can’t wait to try some of these :)

Only two weeks?? Wow, school starts early these days! ;) Your recipe list is a great one, as usual, with so many intriguing recipes! I love finding new things to make, too. And hope things settle in at the new place soon!
I totally understand the feeling of having internets available :) Have fun with grad school!! And thanks for the mention!! Maggie is awesome for coming up with such a great recipe!
Great choices. Thanks for including me. I have to check others out and add some to my,
“to make” list.
I love that you do this, each week.
Thanks for including me! I love those little cookies – they satisfy my sweet tooth and my need for veggies all in one.
Thank you so much for including the pop tarts on your list…looks like a great group of recipes!
